Intake Consultation
A 60-75 minute long required first visit before medications or therapy can be offered. This session is used for information gathering purposes to see if you and Dr. Wright feel your mental health needs will align with the services offered at EirPax Psychiatry. After the Intake Consultation, a follow-up appointment may be scheduled.
Standard follow-up
This visit is the standard, typical follow-up visit for maximum benefit. Therapy visit (with or without medications) is 50 minutes. This session will utilize different types of evidence-based talk therapy for treatment while potentially interweaving medications if appropriate/necessary.
Fee Schedule
Appointment/Visit/Session:
Ψ: Initial intake evaluation visit is 60-75 minutes long for $425.00
Ψ: Standard follow-up visit is 45-50 minutes long for $325.00
Ψ: Brief follow-up visit is 20-25 minutes long for $235.00
Ψ: Family meeting: cost dependent on session length, will be in-line with the above cost per time.
Prescription refill outside of scheduled appointment:
Ψ: Non-controlled medications: $40*
*Applies to any medication phoned, faxed, or electronically sent to pharmacy outside of appointment time.
Miscellaneous Physician Services:
Ψ: per 15 minute time interval: $90
Examples include clinical phone calls/emails, paperwork, or medication prior authorizations.
Ψ: Returned (bounced) checks charge will be $25.00.
Ψ: Speaking engagements: hourly rate, 3-hour window minimum (due to travel, set-up/take-down, Q&A).
Ψ Consultant (business/workforce) opportunities: fee will be based upon job specifics and dynamics. Contact to discuss.
†All services provided outside of standard business hours (9AM – 4PM Mon-Fri) are billed at twice the standard rate.
